Kendes Management LLC may communicate with residents, rental applicants, property owners, and other individuals through email, telephone, approved electronic portals, and other authorized communication channels.

Electronic communications may include property updates, maintenance coordination, leasing information, account notices, and general business correspondence.

Consent

Providing contact information or submitting a website form does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing text messages or communications requiring separate consent under applicable law.

Leases and Required Notices

Electronic communications do not replace any delivery method required by an applicable lease or law.

Resident Portal

Residents are encouraged to keep their contact information current and to use the designated TenantCloud portal for routine property management matters.
